Finances are in your own hands
How good a person is at managing their finances could depend on if they are right or left handed, claims a new report.
Left-handed Brits are supposedly more financially savvy than their right-handed counterparts and seem to have fewer money worries, says One Account's research.
Only one in three right handers (34 per cent) believes that they are 'very financially aware' compared to the 40 per cent of lefties who call themselves financially aware and would shop around for the best financial deals.
Left handers were found to be more knowledgeable about their mortgage and interest rates and just under half of the group said that they would check the 'best buy' tables on the internet.
The survey also revealed that the left-handed took their finances more seriously than people who are right handed.
There were 25 per cent less left-handers who agreed with the statement 'life is too short to worry about money' than right handers. |
